Our Forms ID necklace is 14k gold. You can choose the color of the gold: white, yellow or rose gold. The total length is 40 cm, including our clasp. The ID necklace comes with a high gloss finish and measures approximately 3.5 x 0.3 cm.

You may also choose to add a small white diamond on the side of the necklace.

You can engrave a name or date up to 20 characters (including spaces) on the front and up to 10 characters on the back. Choose whether you like to engrave on the front side, on the back side or on both sides and enter your personalization request below.

Please note that personalized orders require 5 to 7 days to be produced and be ready for dispatch or collection.
