Our Forms ID bracelet is 925 Sterling Silver. Order it with your choice of plating: rhodium, gold or rose gold! The length is adjustable 16-18.5 cm, including our clasp and gets a high gloss finish. The ID measures approximately 3 x 0.3 cm. 

You can engrave a name or date up to 20 characters (including spaces) on the front and up to 10 characters on the back. Choose whether you like to engrave on the front side, on the back side or on both sides and enter your personalization request below.
